Hi. Sorry for the delay in doing this survey... it's been on my to-do list. Anyway, you guys were great and took care of my no-heat situation.
I appreciate the effort to initially try and repair my boiler without the need for a new controller. It shows you were trying to avoid unnecessary costs.
Ultimately, we needed the new part, but everything is back to normal. You'll definitely stay in my contacts for any future issues.

Two dates of service are involved - January 16 and 23.
I've never dealt with propane usage before and wasn't sure of the process but Mike Torti explained everything clearly and the technicians who came to my home were all very professional and they explained everything clearly to me.
