Kimberly Mathis - South Kingstown, RIPaulo was apologetic for the delay as he had several calls that day even though I had no issue with it. He was thorough in trying to determine the issue for the boiler triggering a need for a reset. He explained the work he did and also relayed a part on my unit was no longer used and put a request for a newer version. Further, I was provided a written summary of his work before he left. Definitely pleased with Santoro in comparison to the previous company I had a service contract with.

Santoro has been very helpful. I like the budget plan very much! It helped us to get acclimated to oil heat in the north east after we moved here from the south.
